What Are The Surface Treatment Methods For 304 Stainless Steel?
Aug 02, 2019

The surface treatment of 304 stainless steel is a must in the production of stainless steel products.

304 stainless steel surface treatment methods have polishing, brushing, blasting, chemical etching, laser marking, drilling, electroplating, PVD, paint, iron dragon, secondary oxidation.

01.Polishing is divided into manual polishing and electrochemical polishing.

02.The wire is similar to hand polishing and is also the friction between the workpiece and the painted material, forming a strip of wire.

Generally are horizontal and vertical lines, but also have arc-shaped filaments.

03.Sandblasting is also called a shot.

After sand blasting, painting, plating, PVD and other treatment can be carried out.

04.Chemical etching is a silkscreen pattern on the surface of a stainless steel workpiece.

05.Laser marking is the laser head driven by the cloth into the motor, the use of laser beam to make the surface

material evaporation to reveal the deep material, or lead to the chemical and physical changes in the surface

material and carve traces, or through the light can burn part of the material, showing the required etched graphics, text.

06.Drilling is a mechanical engraving machine by cutting tools in the workpiece surface carved pattern.

Electroplating is stainless steel can be electroplating, electroplating nickel, complex, titanium, etc., to increase

the brightness of the surface.

07.PVD is vacuum plating.

08.Paint spray paint and electrophoresis two ways.

09.The conventional method is to spray paint and then dry it, called the paint.

10.The tyrannodoa is a kind of paint,can be fingerprint-proof, wear-resistant.

11.Secondary oxidation is silk-printed on the workpiece after a chemical etching, and the secondary chemical etching forms a new pattern.
